Great location, very friendly staff, and good value for money

Excellent location. Very comfortable rooms.

Room a bit chilly, couldn't work well the heating system. A bit of noise at the back of the building from what looks like an electrical transformer, but not a big issue at all, I will definitely book again.

Good location, wish they spoke English.

The location was great. It was very close to Palermo. There were also many cafés around the hotel.

Unfortunately no one spoke English in the reception and it made the communications very difficult.

Overall a good stay.

Great location, very friendly staff and helpful, quiet and comfortable rooms, big windows for natural light. Overall a good stay.

Although new and modern, the building/rooms felt "tired" and could do with some improvements. The major issue I had was with the windows that did not close properly and some did not lock.. Although it felt safe, you do not want to be sleeping knowing the window does not lock, or when you are out and about. Also part of the wall close to the window was mouldy/ dirty... A minor issue was the very long check-in late at night, but mostly due to the language barrier (zero English).

Great location and great exceptionally helpful staff from the General Manager down.

Location of excellent with several very good cafes within 200 metres and also supermarket with good fresh fruit, vegetables and cheeses.

A nice stay in Palermo

The location, good WiFi, spacious rooms, nice beds and bathrooms.

The windows in the rooms need updating, there were several issues. Something should be done about protection against mosquitoes - although this was a problem all over Buenos Aires. Some pillows and towels look very old/ used and should be replaced.

Great stay in Palermo, and excellent value for money

Excellent value for money, considering the location and comfort of the hotel. Beds were comfy, hotel was quiet, and the staff were helpful. Location is very good to explore Palermo, and is a quick cab ride to other destination neighborhoods. Though there is no breakfast, there is plenty of amazing cafe's to choose from within ~2-3 blocks.

Main complaint is the WiFi is quite poor. As others have mentioned, there is some wear, and cut corners on fixing some of the fixtures in the room (paint chips, dirt in the tile grout, visible paint touch ups etc.). Given the price, I have no issues with this, though some may find this not acceptable.

Spacious hotel that needs better upkeep

Friendly and helpful staff that I can't recommend highly enough. Well located in an area full of bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and have a good working area - even the standard ones.

Irregular internet access that kept dropping. The fitness room isn't well-maintained, and the treadmill slipped at high speeds, which is dangerous. You only get one free full room clean during a long stay, and have to pay for others - something that I do not believe was specified at all when I booked.

The location of the property was excellent and the surrounding area was very safe and had lots on.

Our room was a bit cold throughout the stay as the heater didn’t work properly. That was the only thing we didn’t like.

Excellent location with spacious rooms

Location was great, and the building itself was nice and modern. Room was really spacious. Loved the sauna as well.

No room cleaning included and they didn’t have a broom or dust pan for you to do it yourself. No restaurant or breakfast inclusions either. The pool was way too warm and a bit dirty, there was a gym but some of the equipment seemed faulty. Only other thing was the toilet paper was one ply thick! Not very boutique haha.

Great location, huge and comfy bed, in the heart of Palermo

Huge double bed, very comfortable. Our room had a balcony which was lovely. Having stayed a few times, some rooms are much better than others so look carefully at the room size and features.

Additional charges added to the booking.com price, plus a pretty hefty cleaning fee means it's actually considerably more expensive than the listed price. Pool needed a clean!

Great gem and good value for price.

The room was spacious enough, ends well equipped. Good location though the area of the railways is a dodgy during the night. Apart from that great location, good staff and very good service.

Nothing at least for the night that I stayed I couldn’t find anything that I dislike.

The location. the rooms are big. The place is quite. Good money / service relation

The swimming pool and areas around it are unattended and dirty. The room is a bit old and could be refurbished. The hot and cold taps in the shower are outside the shower.
